Ian has been a PGA Professional for nearly 20 years, during which he has accumulated extensive knowledge, qualifications, and experience in player development. Throughout his career, he has undertaken a variety of roles include full time coaching positions, management roles as a Director of Golf and even works with the Professional Golfer

Throughout his career, he has undertaken a variety of roles include full time coaching positions, management roles as a Director of Golf and even works with the Professional Golfers Association supporting PGA Trainees through their foundation degree as they aspire to become the next generation of PGA Professionals.
Ian specialises in player development for golfers that struggle to consistently break 100, 90 & 80 and is exceptionally well-positioned to help players looking to take their game to the next level.
Ian's approach to coaching is simple -"minimal change, maximum gain". What he means by this is to change the simple things by making small changes to a variety of key areas in order to make a significant impact on a player’s ability to shoot lower scores.
In addition, Ian believes tuition should take place on the course wherever possible

Ian only works with a limited number of players (no more than 12) to ensure he can provide the tools and support each player actually needs to achieve their goals.
